Privacy policy.

Effective date: 24 July 2026. This describes what personal data is collected through this site and the account/order system, and how it's used.

1. Who controls this data

Raffaele S., trading as claymore / neuroad ("I", "me"), an independent freelance software engineer based in Phuket, Thailand, is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact for any privacy question or request: orders@neuroad.eu.

2. What data is collected

Depending on how you use the site:

  • Account data (signup/login): name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and optionally company name, Telegram username and country.
  • Billing data (account/checkout): billing name, address, city, postal code, country, and VAT/tax ID if you provide one.
  • Order data: the services/tiers selected, preferred payment method, and any notes you add at checkout.
  • Payment data: if you pay by card via Stripe or via PayPal, your payment details are entered directly on their side and are never seen or stored by me — see their own privacy policies. If you pay by cryptocurrency (BTC, USDC, SOL), I only see the wallet address you send from, as visible on the relevant public blockchain.
  • Basic technical data: a session cookie set by the backend (api.neuroad.eu) while you're logged in, used only to keep you signed in; a random session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie, cleared when the tab closes) used to count anonymous visits — see the cookie notice below.

3. Why this data is processed

To create and manage your account, process and deliver orders, issue receipts/invoices, respond to support requests, and comply with tax/accounting obligations. Basic visit counting is used only in aggregate, to understand overall site traffic.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site uses:

  • Strictly necessary: a login session cookie (only if you create an account and log in) — required for the account/order features to work, no consent banner is needed for this under EU ePrivacy rules.
  • Preference: your chosen site language, stored in localStorage on your device only.
  • Basic analytics (consent-based): an anonymous visit counter, described above. It only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; choosing "essential only" disables it. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Who this data is shared with

Only the minimum needed to run the service: the hosting/backend infrastructure that stores account and order data (api.neuroad.eu), and — only for the payment method you actually choose — Stripe or PayPal as payment processors. Data is never sold, and never shared for advertising purposes.

6. How long data is kept

Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus any additional period required to meet tax, accounting or legal obligations. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see below); some order records may need to be retained regardless, where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, for clients in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to: access the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email orders@neuroad.eu.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be communicated by email where possible.
